• Authentication cookies (`access_token`, `refresh_token`) — keep you signed in. We cannot offer the portal or booking without these.
• CSRF / session cookies — protect form submissions from abuse.

Functional
• `cla_prefill`, `cla_service` — remember the slot or service you've selected so you don't have to re-enter on the booking form.
• `cla_camille_seen` — ensures the Camille concierge greeting only opens once per session.

Analytics
We may use anonymised analytics (e.g. PostHog) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. No personally identifying data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Payments
Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout to detect and prevent fraud. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.
