Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of https://cla-wellness.com and any treatment booked with CLA Aesthetics & Wellness. By creating an account, booking, or paying a deposit you agree to these Terms.

1. Treatments & consultation
All medical-aesthetic treatments require a pre-treatment consultation. We reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment that is not medically appropriate. Results vary by individual; no specific outcome is guaranteed.

2. Deposits & payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve every appointment. The deposit is applied to your service total. Remaining balances are settled in-studio by card or contactless payment.

3. Cancellation, rescheduling & no-shows
• 24+ hours before your appointment — reschedule with no charge.
• Less than 24 hours — deposit is forfeited.
• No-shows — deposit forfeited and may affect future booking eligibility.

4. Memberships
Memberships renew automatically on your renewal date until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your portal or by contacting us — no early-termination fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt our services, or submit false health information that could endanger your or others' safety.

7. Intellectual property
All site content, logos, text, images and treatment protocols are the property of CLA Aesthetics & Wellness or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international IP laws.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the website or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Nassau County, NY.
