Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 4, 2026

We want every visit to feel intentional. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to you and to the practitioners reserving the time.

Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the cost of your service on the day of treatment.

Cancellations & rescheduling
• More than 24 hours before your appointment — reschedule freely, no charge.
• Within 24 hours — your deposit is forfeited; you may rebook by placing a new deposit.
• No-shows — deposit is forfeited and we may require pre-payment in full for future bookings.

Memberships
Glow Membership renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your portal — your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.

Refunds
Refunds on completed treatments are generally not provided, as results vary by individual. If something went wrong, please contact Cinthia within 7 days — we will assess on a case-by-case basis and may offer a complimentary touch-up where clinically appropriate.

Packages
Pre-paid packages (e.g. 3-session hair restoration) are non-refundable but are transferable to immediate family members with prior approval.
